if I decide to lease a used vehicle do I get to see it before delivery?
Once you are happy that the used car or van we have found for you is the vehicle that you would like, you are required to pay a £500 deposit to secure the vehicle. We will then draw up the finance documents for you to sign. However, this is returnable if the condition of vehicle does not match your expectations once you have viewed it. So, in essence, yes you do get to see used vehicles before you lease it, but to date, we have never had a customer refuse to lease a car from us after paying their deposit.

Do you take part exchanges?
Simply, yes we do. You can either use the vehicle as a lump sum deposit, or we can offset against future monthly payments.

Can I test drive the vehicle before I buy it ?
We suggest that when buying a new or nearly new vehicle from us, you take the opportunity to test drive a similar vehicle at your local main dealer to determine whether you enjoy the drive of it. If you would like to test drive the vehicle you are about to purchase from us to make sure the car is free from any noticeable problems, you are more than welcome to do so, but our used vehicles are rigorously checked to make sure they are free from any problems.

How do I know if I will like the colour?
We will do our best to provide you with a visual aid (Photographs, Colour samples) so that you can see the colour of vehicle you are purchasing, so you are sure it is a colour you would like. However, refusing to lease the vehicle you have chosen from us due to the colour will mean that your deposit cannot be returned.

How do I caculate my company car tax bill?

What sort of warranty cover comes with the vehicle?
All new vehicles will come with a minimum of three years/60000 miles manufacturers warranty. If you decide on a used car the vehicle will come with the remainer of the manufacturers warranty so if problem covered by the warranty arises a local main dealer repair centre will be able to carry out the repairs free of charge.

What are your opening hours?
Our Bristol offices are open 9:30 to 18:00 Monday to Friday. However, our call centre is open 8:00 to 22:00 seven days a week.

How will my vehicle be transported to me?
In most cases, your vehicle will be driven to you unless you request otherwise. Transported delivery is available, typically charged at £1 per mile.

What happens if I am not happy with the condition of the vehicle when I see it?
When you see your allocated vehicle for the first time, irrespective of if you had it delivered or you are picking it up, if you are unhappy with the condition of the vehicle we can either sort the issue out, or offer you a full refund on your deposit. However, we make sure that the vehicle is perfect meaning that these situations need not arise!

Do you offer a delivery service?
Yes, We do offer a nationwide delivery service on all our vehicles. This is free for driven delivery, or £1 a mile on Transporter. We can organise a delivery date with you when you place your deposit.

Is Road Fund Licence supplied with the vehicle?
This is dependant on which finance package you decide to use. Contract Hire includes road fund licence for the full lenght of the contract, this is also the case with Contract Puchase. You do not benefit from road tax if you choose Lease Puchase or Finance Lease. Finally Drivewise provides road fund licence for the first year only.

What have your used vehicles been used for previously?
It obviously depends from vehicle to vehicle. However, most of our commercial vehicles are just one-owner, ex-lease and company vehicles. Our nearly new cars are usually ex courtesy cars, employee pool cars, ex demonstrators or short-term lease vehicles.

Do your used vehicles have a full service history?
Yes. All of our vehicles have had services at all the correct intervals and will come with the relevant documents to prove this. In some cases, there will be a service printout listing everything that has been done to the vehicle.

What does pre-registered mean when associated with brand new vehicles?
Pre-registered simply means that the car or van is un-used but has another owner listed on the vehicle's V5 (logbook). You are in effect, leasing a one-owner vehicle with delivery mileage - an excellent way to lease a cost effective vehicle.

No, all our contract hire & leasing vehicles are UK Supplied.

Why are your vehicles so cheap?
There are a variety of reasons why we are so competitive on price. Due to operating without a forecourt, our overheads are kept extremely low. Neither do we run from a huge showroom, instead we operate from a Estate/Travel agent retail site based in Stoke Bishop, Bristol . Furthermore, due to our buying power, we can often buy the vehicles cheaper than our competitors can, so we choose to pass those savings onto our customers.

How do I know my deposit is safe?
We operate using a separate deposit holding account, which is linked directly to our credit card machine. At anytime whilst we have your deposit you are more than welcome to request a copy of a statement, which will shows your deposit. We only take the payment from this account once the sale has been completed.

Is there any administration charges?
There are no administration charges on Contract Hire, Contract Puchase, or Drivewise, but there is a £75+VAT charge on Finance Lease and Lease Puchase.

Will my local dealer be able to service and maintain my car?
Yes. It doesn't matter where you purchase your vehicle from, all repairs including those under warranty, can be undertaken at any main dealer garage. Of course, for warranty work, the vehicle must be taken to the authorised repair centre or main dealer for that particular manufacturer

How do I know that a used vehicle has not been clocked,
stolen, written off or has finance remaining on it?

All of our used vehicles are Experian checked, and are supplied with a certificate confirming that they have not been s tolen, written off or have finance remaining. It will even give any details of plate change or colour change. The condition of the vehicle matched with the full service history will show that the mileage is genuine.
